I usually get a ton of messages regarding ‘How to apply eyeshadow like a pro’ so heres some tips
(ofcourse there are plenty of other ways to apply eyeshadows But this is the most easiest and effective way of getting your eyemakeup done)
*If your still having problems blending your eyeshadows then maybe your using heavy hand to apply your eyeshadow! in other words your prolly holding your brushes right where the silver part of the brush is and by which your usually putting a ton of pressure when applying your eyeshadows.
*The key of blending is to go very soft and light handed. you can try holding your brushes almost to the end of the brush handle- this will help control your brush in a much softer manner
*Also always remember to use a little shadow at a time and build up the color for more intensity.Connect with me

Chocolate Bacon Almond Butter Bananas
Ingredients
- 3 organic bananas
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked crispy
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup enjoy life chocolate chips
- cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions
- Peel your bananas
- Cut each banana into thirds, and then cut each third in half lengthwise to make banana slices
- Lay out your banana slices, add almond butter to both slices and then lay a slice of bacon on each slice
- Put the two banana halves together to make a sandwich and set on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet to freeze
- Continue this until all of your bananas are made into sandwiches with almond butter and bacon in the middle
- Transfer to a freezer and let sit for at least 30 minutes
- When you’re ready, place your enjoy life chocolate chips or dark chocolate in a double boiler and temper your chocolate until it is melted
- Remove your bananas from the freezer and dip each one in your melted chocolate and return them to your cookie sheet
- Sprinkle them all with cinnamon and then return to the freezer
- Keep frozen until ready to serve

I decided to do this in a three part series so that you can start with your current fitness level and build up as you get stronger! These routines are a great way to get total body toning because they combine fat burning cardio intervals with intensifying strength intervals. Each level gets harder so move up at your own pace and track your progress along the way! Do these with a few days a week of whatever cardio you like, running and walking are my favorites.
Remember, the most important thing is to listen to your body, if something is too hard scale back or if you need an extra rest day take it. Don’t forget at least one total rest day per week! You can find demos for each of the strength moves on youtube too. :)

Forget crappy store-bought veggie burgers. These are delicious. I used about 1 cup of sweet potato with 1 cup of cooked quinoa and 1 egg, which made 4 small-ish patties. Scale up accordingly.
To cook quinoa, rinse well and then add 1 part quinoa to 1.5 parts water in a pot. Bring to a simmer, lower the heat, cover, and cook until water is absorbed (about 15 minutes). Almost every other quinoa recipe I see says 2 - 3 parts water and it’s why I hated quinoa for so long — it turns to mush! Less water will give you fluffy quinoa every time.
Minus the egg that’s great!
